Branded invoices and quotes, recurring invoices, automatic reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue, and a payment link that accepts cards and bank transfer. Quotes convert to invoices in one click.

Bank feeds

Connect AIB, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Revolut Business and N26 through Open Banking. Transactions arrive each morning; the ledger suggests matches and you confirm them.

VAT and RCT

Standard, reduced and second reduced rates, reverse charge, and the figures for the VAT3 return laid out in Revenue's boxes. Relevant Contracts Tax deductions are tracked per subcontractor.

Accountant access

Invite your accountant free of charge. They see the same books, can post adjustments, and can export a trial balance or a full transaction list at any time.

API

A REST API with token authentication is available on the Team and Practice plans. It covers customers, invoices, payments and reports. Rate limit: 60 requests per minute.

Not included

Payroll, stock, purchase orders and project time tracking. We integrate with Thesaurus Payroll for payroll journals.
