Our fees in full. Every figure below is subject to VAT at 23%.
| Sale of a residential property | 1.25% of the agreed sale price, minimum €2,500 |

| Full management | 8% of the monthly rent, plus one month's rent to find the tenant |
| Market valuation for sale or letting | Free, with a written report within 48 hours of the visit |
| Formal written valuation (probate, family law, bank) | €350 |
| BER certificate arranged on your behalf | €150 |
Free valuations
A market valuation is free and carries no obligation. Margaret or Ciarán will visit at a time that suits you, including evenings, and you will have a written figure with comparable sales within 48 hours.
Our guarantee
If we have not brought you an offer you are willing to accept within twelve weeks of listing, you may withdraw the instruction at no cost, including the photography.
