Letting only

We advertise the property, hold viewings, reference every applicant (employer, previous landlord and identity), prepare the RTB-compliant lease and register the tenancy with the Residential Tenancies Board on your behalf. You then manage the tenancy yourself.

Full management

Everything in letting only, plus rent collection and monthly statements, a 24-hour maintenance line for tenants, arranging repairs with our vetted tradespeople (with your approval above €250), inspections twice a year, and handling of deposit return at the end of the tenancy.

What landlords must provide

A BER certificate, a current gas safety certificate where there is gas, proof of ownership, and confirmation that the property meets the minimum standards for rented housing. We will tell you plainly if it does not.

For tenants

Deposits are one month's rent and are lodged with the RTB deposit scheme. We do not charge tenants any fees. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with the landlord's consent.
