What is included

Professional photography, a floor plan, a listing on the two national property portals and on this site, a For Sale board, accompanied viewings, negotiation, and liaison with both solicitors until the sale closes. There is nothing to pay until the sale completes.

What you need before we list

A Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate, which is required by law before advertising; we can arrange one for €150 if you do not have one. Proof of identity and address for anti-money-laundering checks. Your solicitor's details. If the property is an apartment, the most recent management company accounts.

Timing

Most homes we list in Galway city go sale agreed within six to eight weeks. Completion then typically takes a further eight to twelve weeks, depending on the chain and the solicitors.

Offers

Every offer is put to you in writing within one working day, whether or not we think you should accept it. We do not run online bidding platforms; offers are made to your agent directly.
